Delivery
Once your order has been approved by our UK medical team it will be dispatched via Royal mail. All orders are sent using a tracked and signed for service.
If you have selected next day delivery service this is sent the same day if order is placed before 2pm.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders the same day on orders that are placed before 2pm.
Royal Mail Standard | £3.49
This option is our standard delivery service where we send your order on the same day if order is placed before 2pm. Your order will usually be delivered to you in 2-3 working days and will require a signature upon receipt of your order. This can also be tracked using the tracking number we will provide you once your order is dispatched.
If any orders are placed on a Friday after 2pm or over the weekend these will be dispatched on
Monday.Royal Mail 24 First Class Recorded | £4.99
This is a paid delivery option for any orders you require the next day. All orders that are placed before 2pm on any weekday apart from Friday, Royal mail will endeavour to deliver the following day.
If any orders are placed on a Friday after 2pm or over the weekend these will be dispatched on
Monday to receive the following day.
