âś… To use the pen, grab your pen with your dominant hand (the hand you use to write) and remove its blue safety cap.
âś… Hold the injector at 90 degrees, 10 cm (4 inches) away from the outer thigh. Ensure that the orange tip is pointing towards your outer thigh. Never put your fingers, hand, or thumb over the orange tip.
âś… Now jab the pen into your outer thigh at a right angle and hold it firmly for 3 seconds before removing it.
