- 24 tablets: Perfect for 1-2 weeks
- 36 tablets: Ideal for trips over two weeks

Maloff Protect is a member of a group of medicines known as antimalarials. Proguanil hydrochloride and atovaquone are its two active components.
Maloff Protect is a malaria preventive treatment. Adults can purchase it online from Ashcroft Pharmacy in the UK.
It's not not appropriate for usage in kids or teenagers unless a doctor has recommended it. See your doctor, nurse, or chemist for advice if you are under 18 and travelling to a region where malaria is present.
How does Maloff malaria tablets work?
Atwoquone and proguanil hydrochloride are the two active components that make up Maloff. Proguanil blocks dihydrofolate reductase, preventing the formation of deoxythymidylate, while atovaquone specifically inhibits the electron transport of parasite mitochondria.
The Plasmodium falciparum malaria parasite enters the bloodstream by the bite of an infected mosquito, which is how malaria is transmitted. Maloff Protect kills this parasite to avoid malaria.

Directions
How to take Maloff malaria tablets?
Begin taking Maloff Protect one or two days prior to your trip, so that the medication are in your body and prepared to combat any parasites that may cause malaria.
To guarantee that the protection is effective, continue taking the pills at the same time every day until the course is completed, which is seven days after you return to a region free of malaria. When possible, take Maloff Protect with food or a milky beverage.
You should take another dose of Maloff Protect right away if you throw up within an hour of taking the tablet. Do not take another Maloff Protect tablet until your next-
dose is scheduled if you do not start vomiting more than an hour after taking Maloff Protect. This is because Maloff Protect will probably already be in your system.
Dosage
Usually, for adults, the recommended dosage is one tablet daily, starting one to two days before entering the malaria-risk area. You should continue taking the tablets daily throughout your stay in the area and for 7 days after leaving the area.
During Travel: Continue taking one tablet daily while you're in the malaria-risk area.
After Travel: Keep taking one tablet daily for 7 days after leaving the malaria-risk area. This is to ensure that any remaining parasites in your system are eliminated.

FAQ
What is Malaria?
Malaria is caused by a parasite. Humans contract the parasite when bitten by an infected mosquito. Malaria patients typically have shivering chills and a high temperature. Malaria is still widespread in tropical and subtropical regions, despite being rare in temperate climes.
How to protect yourself from Malaria?
Malaria may affect anyone, at any age. Although it is a dangerous disease, it can be avoided. It's crucial that you take precautions against mosquito bites in addition to using Maloff Protect. To get the best results, combine the bite prevention techniques mentioned below.
• Wear clothing that covers the majority of your body, especially after nightfall when mosquitoes are most active.
• Apply insect repellent to any exposed skin areas.
• Sleep under a mosquito net or in a room with screened windows and doors.
• If windows and doors aren't screened, shut them at dusk.
• A room with air conditioning or a fan is a better place to sleep because mosquitoes are less active in cooler weather.
• To get rid of insects or prevent mosquitoes from entering a room, think about using an insecticide (mats, spray, plug-ins).

Information
Maloff Protect tablets Results Timeline:
Maloff Protect works to prevent malaria by killing the malaria parasite in the body. However, it's important to note that no medication is 100% effective,
and there is always a risk of contracting malaria, especially if you do not follow strictly to the dosage schedule or if the malaria strain in the area is resistant to the medication.
Maloff Protect begins working immediately after you start taking it, but it takes time to build up to effective levels in your bloodstream.
If taken correctly, the medication should provide protection against malaria for the duration of your stay in the malaria-risk area and for the 7 days after you leave.
If you experience any symptoms of malaria during or after your trip, such as fever, chills, headache, muscle aches, or fatigue, seek medical attention immediately, as these could be signs of malaria infection despite taking preventive medication.
